Back from Vacation!

klostes, of course, who hosted Kidlet, Husband, and myself for two very grand and delightful days in her home. After the first few getting-acquainted minutes, Kidlet turned to me, rolled her drama-queen pre-teen eyes, and intoned "Oh my god, they're clones of *us*!" LOL! Needless to say, we all got along *quite* well.
And now, after two weeks of alternately burning up in over-100-degree weather and freezing on the fog-ridden coast, sometimes camping and sometimes not (the very worst way to travel, actually -- we had to pack for camp life, city life, touring, heat, and cold -- in short, we had to *way* overpack), we're home again and exhausted to boot. Now I can start catching up on on-line life -- almost no internet access for two whole weeks, horrors! Have I missed anything?
Perhaps I'll make this a travel journal for the near future, and record the journey. Meanwhile, *smooches* to all!
