The Second Return of the Shiredancer

Crikey, I haven't posted since Christmas... a new personal best for me, whoot. Or maybe that should be personal *worst*?

Well, I'm hanging my head in shame. I certainly failed to materialize as that "force to be reckoned with" during my vacation, huh? But I *did* get online on Friday for a great chat with a lot of good friends, and that was... as they say... wunnerful. Who knew I was going to get such a second wind of addiction to fics in another fandom? I mean, who knew?? Gor, just shoot me for a voracious reader and have done. And partly, that's it: I'm much more an introspective reader than an outgoing talker, and I think I just hit a backlash from the unusual pouring-out-of-my-innermost-self that's been my MO here.

But I'm gearing up for the rebound, I am.

LOL! Yeah, you should have checked the Loft, indeed. And since it's largely *your fault* that I went there... well. (Just kidding, dear. And I'm so enjoying the reading there -- I'm really grateful to you!) I'll never abandon the Shire, though... just waiting for the really good stuff (and we know who I'm waiting on, too).
