Breathing Quietly
September 21st, 2002 10:38 pmI woke up today slightly muzzy and found all my friends either sad or staying away from the sandbox. So, I put in my time being a Very Good Wife and Mother (for once). I cleaned a bit and put away clothes and made the bed and bought the groceries and cooked a really nice dinner and watched a family DVD (but it was Monsters, Inc. so I didn't mind) and stayed away from the computer all day long. And resolved that I would play quietly by myself in the sandbox because I know full well exactly what sandbox I want to play in and with whom, and I would just wait for friends to come out again and play. And hoped that I would not be consigned to a life of such virtue for long.
And it looks like I get my wish, because some of my friends are climbing back in. Whoot!
I so love y'all.

Date: September 22nd, 2002 07:43 pm (UTC)Yes, we had two houserabbits, Kyle and Chewie (named for her penchant for destruction, of course). They were a fixed-but-married pair, and died within weeks of each other, about three years ago. We had them for 8 years, and adopted them as adult bunnies from the House Rabbit society. Kyle was at least 11 when he died.
Anyway, I'd love to "friend" you, if you wouldn't mind? You look like someone I'd really enjoy getting to know better. Let me know if you don't mind, your call. Thanks!
