This might mean something to somebody, but me? I've not the faintest idea what it's all about. Took me a good five minutes to figure out D&D means Dungeons & Dragons. At least, I think it does. I have studiously avoided role-playing games, because I'm sure as sure that if I ever ventured there, I would be so caught and addicted I would never emerge again. And ewwww, did I have to turn out to be an elf?? The rest makes some sort of sense, though (oh, gacked from [livejournal.com profile] who_took):

I Am A: Chaotic Good Elf Bard Mage

Alignment:
Chaotic Good characters are independent types with a strong belief in the value of goodness. They have little use for governments and other forces of order, and will generally do their own things, without heed to such groups.

Race:
Elves are the eldest of all races, although they are generally a bit smaller than humans. They are generally well-cultured, artistic, easy-going, and because of their long lives, unconcerned with day-to-day activities that other races frequently concern themselves with. Elves are, effectively, immortal, although they can be killed. After a thousand years or so, they simply pass on to the next plane of existance.

Primary Class:
Bards are the entertainers. They sing, dance, and play instruments to make other people happy, and, frequently, make money. They also tend to dabble in magic a bit.

Secondary Class:
Mages harness the magical energies for their own use. Spells, spell books, and long hours in the library are their loves. While often not physically strong, their mental talents can make up for this.

Deity:
Hanali Cenanil is the Chaotic Good elven goddess of love, beauty, and art. She is also known as the Heart of Gold and Lady Goldheart. Her followers delight in creation and youth, and work to spread happiness, love, and beauty. Their preferred weapon is the dagger.

Yay for dancing!

Knock 'em dead, kiddo.

And I know nothing of D&D either.

I know of what you speak....

Trust me, Shiredancer, you *are* a Chaotic Good Elf Bard Mage. Absolutely. Except this test seems to disregard the fact that we're all Hobbits! Oh well. It's just a bit Elf-chauvanist.

And yes, absolutely, stay away from D&D. It is severely addictive. I understand completely about avoiding it. That's why I haven't signed up for AIM.

Hello, Linaelyn! I don't think I've ever spoken with you directly, but I've enjoyed a lot of your comments. Well, thanks for the confirmation... I'll just take your word for it *smile*. And there you are, I *did* succumb to AIM -- but the rewards are many, I have to say.
