Ack! I'm sick

(Oh stop, not that kind of sick... although generally, that would apply too...) No, I'm really sick. Nassssty bad head cold we has, precioussss, and we hatessss it. Sore throat, and most likely a fever. Felt it coming on the last two days, and today it attacked. NOOOOOO! This weekend is my 16th anniversary! We're dropping the child off at my sister's for two nights and staying at a romantic bed & breakfast inn! This is NOT the time to be sick. Oh, pooh. I don't usually let myself fret and whine, but under the circumstances I feel particularly miserable. I just want to curl up with some M/P fics. I'm positive that will make me feel better. Does anybody, anybody at all, have something new in the hopper they've just been getting ready to post? Because, like, now would be a real good time....

Thanks, Who! Echinecea makes me feel stoned though (not that I would know what that feels like or anything) but yes, I'm a firm believer in garlic and vitamin C. Better go make some tea now...
