I'm back at work, third day. So boring. I miss Moonridge sooooo much! I miss my roomie, juneb. I miss my maaaaa. I miss my new friend snycock. And lots of other new friends too! BUT... this is not a Moonridge post. That will have to wait until I'm home and can put up some pics.

Cheerleaders. *Huge shudder*

Yes, it's time for cheerleader camp again, hosted every summer at our campus. They come here from *everywhere*. Oh noes. Oh woes. Chirpy little girls roaming in packs -- packs, I tell you! -- shouting chants and cheers at the top of their peppy little lungs. Wearing their little peppy, so-alike uniforms. Being chipper and happy and gleeful and squealy and perky. Ugggghhhhhh.

You know it's bad, when the usually ever-cheerful and ebullient Pollyanna-from-Hell (that would be me) is so snarky. *Big Sigh*

Actually, I *like* tattoos and pierciengs (my grad students are covered in them) -- and much prefer them to pom-poms, any day! But yes, anything in gangs=not so good.
