Bloody hell. I came in every day of the three-day holiday weekend to get the files ready for our reviewing faculty, so that the jr/sr year GPAs can be calculated for all the top scorers and the files tidied up and organized for the funding decision meeting tomorrow. And what do they do? They just mess up everything, even though I specifically asked them to keep the files in the same order I put them in -- transcripts all out of order, pages upside down and backwards, files mis-alphabetized or even left on their desks -- GRRRRRRR. Stupid faculty!

Do you plan to hike to the "special place" again this year, and read your poem? Maybe after the rain stops coming down quite so hard? :-)

*Smoochity* Thank you, Lin! And OMG, I forgot all about the mountaintop and the poem -- I didn't even tell anybody it was my birthday today. That's what happens when it's a busy workday on my birthday. *Sigh* I'll try to get to the poem tonight. It would be a good thing to do; I need it.
